Group members will not be responsible In fact, while hearing a case in July 2016,

the High Court dismissed the case filed against a 33-year-old WhatsApp administrator. With this decision, the court gave relief to many WhatsApp administrators. Many times, such posts are shared with the members connected in the WhatsApp group, which they should not do. It is very difficult for a group administrator to take responsibility for the posts of all the members.

Is the case complete?

Hearing this, the two judges concluded that, “Once a group is created on WhatsApp, all members have the rights to post. The administrator has different rights, so that they can add someone to the group Can do. The administrator has no power to regulate, moderate or censor post content on behalf of any member of the group. “

There is a tremendous debate in the country about the new privacy policy of WhatsApp.

So far, the company has issued a statement several times and clarified its new policy, but people believe that it is not right for them. As the time for implementing the policy (15 May) draws near, people are turning to other options. Those who do not accept this policy of WhatsApp will have to delete their account.

Bombay High court has said that if a member puts a wrong post on a WhatsApp group, then the group administrator will not be responsible for that. The administrator cannot be blamed for this.
