Apple’s “Spring Loaded” event — the iPad maker’s first media event of 2021 — is set to take place today, April 20. It will be live-streamed from the company’s campus in Cupertino, California, US, and is expected to bring next-generation iPad, iMac, Apple TV, and Airtags. You may also hear some details about iOS 14.5 at the Apple event.

Jumping straight to the list of devices expected at the event, the new iPad Pro will definitely be one to look out for as it is expected to feature a mini-LED display. Apple has been rumored of launching the first mini-LED iPads and Macs this year. The new iPad Pro is also expected to come with 5GmmWave support, and run on a new Apple chip.

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic means that Apple events continue to be online only, such as with the April 20th Spring Loaded event scheduled for 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET. Luckily, there are several ways to tune in to the event.

There are multiple ways to watch the live stream of Apple launch events online. People can either switch to the Events page on the Apple.com website. Or they also have the option to head over to Apple’s YouTube page, where you can set the reminder for the keynote of the launch to start on Tuesday.

A recent report even talked about a modest increase in the upcoming iPad Pro prices that should be a highlight of Tuesday’s event. Going by the company’s past launches, the March event could also see the launch of an education-based iPad, similar to the 2018 Spring event.

Apple is expected to unveil its updated iPad models at today’s event. You can anticipate a new iPad mini, an entry-level iPad, and some new iPad Pro models. The updated iPad Pro lineup is speculated to have mini-LED displays and 5G mmWave support. The new iPad Pro models are also expected to have multiple display size options and an all-new Apple chip under the hood.
