25 new PlayStation games:
The titles of all games have not been revealed by the company.
Sony plans to offer more games as part of the initiative until sometime in June. Currently, Sony is offering Ratchet & Clank, which PS4 and PS5 owners can redeem at no cost. The company is also planning to give away Horizon Zero Dawn for free.

PlayStation Studio leads Hermen Hulst instructed in an interview:
PlayStation Studios head Herman Hulst Tweeted that:
“There are over 25 New PlayStation games in development, and nearly half of them belong to new IPs”.
” The Half of those 25 new titles are not going to be sequels or spinoffs of current titles. PS5 has more exclusive games than any previous generation. He also revealed that the company was open to more studio purchases”.
This comes as a piece of great news for those who are waiting on new exclusive titles. In its latest earnings report, Sony said it sold 7.8 million units of PS5. However, Sony is struggling to make enough PS5s to keep up with the high-end due to the ongoing semiconductor shortages.
The report reveals indie games partnered with Sony that includes the upcoming Kena: Bridge of Spirits, a game from Haven Studios. However, it is not known if these titles will be included in the more than 25 games that are scheduled to release.
PlayStation Studios have started to adopt a multi-team approach in most of their studios, with many developers now working on multiple games at the same time.
That number of games may come as a surprise, but PlayStation’s desire to double down this number with new partnerships and investment. Aside from games, PlayStation is also improving quality-of-life features on the PS5 itself, with a discord partnership already announced to come into effect next year.
