Spotify Expansion Plans to New markets
Spotify Plans to introduce its services in 85 new markets. In these countries, Spotify will offer both free and subscription services. The Services will be available on both application and web- browser. The new major markets include Pakistan, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka.
Spotify New Subscription service: HiFi
Spotify Plans to Introduce a new subscription service to users, that name by a company as Spotify HiFi. The New subscription service has a lot of exciting features and updates.
Spotify said high-quality music streaming has consistently been one of the users’ most-requested features
The new high-end service will offer music in “CD-quality, lossless audio format” so that the listeners enjoy the track as the artist intended it to. There is no announcement on whether this premium service will be available in India or not.
Spotify app will soon be available in Hindi and 11 other
Indian regional languages
Apart from the Hindi language, the other 11 Indian languages Spotify app will be available are Gujarati, Bhojpuri, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, and Bengali.
Right now, Gaana is the main contender for regional languages including Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu.
There is no specific date of release revealed for support in regional languages yet. Despite new Features, the lyrics of Hindi songs are not available.
