Whatsapp New Features: Under Testing Phase

WhatsApp is working hard to launch some of the new features that could bring back users who stopped using WhatsApp for other messaging apps.

HD Photos features

WhatsApp has added a feature called HD Photos, which allows you to choose the quality of the photos that you want to share with your contacts. The Android beta testers for WhatsApp get three different options selecting quality.

Multi-Device Support: Most Popular Feature

The New feature “Multi-device support” Is the most popular feature, users have wanted it for a very long time.

The Feature allows users to log in single account from four different devices. You can log in from your iPad and iPhone at the same time without having to create a separate account. Currently, WhatsApp only allows users to log in from computer and phone at the same time.

Encrypted Backups

The Facebook-owned company now independently encrypts your backups in the cloud. All your chats will be password-protected, so you will have to create a password using which you will be able to restore all your chats. If you forget the password, then WhatsApp won’t be able to restore your chat history.

If you wish to get access to the feature right now, it is available with the recent Android 2.21.15.5 beta update. Of course, to try this feature right now you need to be a beta user.
